摘　　要：目的 检验Barratt冲动性量表（BIS-11）在大学生心理健康网络调查中的信效度。方法 采用BIS-11中文修订版对3所高校2295名新入学大学生进行网络调查,所得数据分为2组,对第一组数据进行条目分析与探索性因素分析,根据分析结果对第二组数据进行验证性因素分析,再按照因素分析结果对所有数据进行内部一致性检验,同时比较不同性别、12项一般健康问卷（GHQ-12）筛查结果组间量表得分差异。结果 条目分析显示除条目29外,其他条目与总分的相关值均在0.300~0.723之间;验证性因素分析显示,拟合优度指数（GFI）、调整拟合优度指数（AGFI）、Tucker-lenis指数（TLI）、比较拟合指数（CFI）和近似误差指数（RMSEA）分别为0.872、0.851、0.853、0.864和0.064;总量表和3个分量表的内部一致性值均在0.834~0.913,分半信度值均在0.827~0.907。女生在总量表、认知（注意）因子和行动因子得分均明显高于男生（P〈0.01）,GHQ-12筛查阳性学生在总量表总分、认知（注意）因子和行动因子得分均明显高于筛查阴性学生（P〈0.01）。结论 BIS-11中文修订版信效度较好,适用于大学生心理健康网络调查。Objective The aim of the study was to examine the psychometric properties of the Chinese revised version of Barratt Impulsiveness Scale 1 lth （ BIS - 11 ） in Chinese college student with a web - based survey. Methods A total of 2 295 college students were enrolled in the survey, and were divided into two groups. The first group was used for item and factor analysis, and the second group was used for confirmatory factors analysis. Results Item analysis indicated that BIS - 11 had satisfactory item discrimination, except the item 29. Three - factor model of BIS - 11 was well documented with exploratory factor analysis （ explained 45. 526% of total variance） and confirmatory factor analysis （ GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA was 0. 872, 0. 851, 0. 853, 0. 864, 0. 064, respectively）. The internal consistency of the total scale and the three subscales using coefficient alpha was in the range of 0. 833 - 0. 913. The split - half reliability of the total scale and the three subscales using Spearman - Brown Coefficient was in the range of 0. 827 - 0. 907. Furthermore, the female college students in the present study had higher scores on the total scale, cognitive （attention） impulsiveness factor, and motor impulsiveness factor than the male college student （P 〈 0.01 ）. The individuals with GHQ -12 （the twelve -item General Health Questionnaire） screen -positive had higher scores on the total scale and the three factors than the subjects with GHQ - 12 screen - negative （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The results of present study suggested that the Chinese revised version of the Baratt Impulsiveness Scale llth could be used as a tool of impulsiveness assessment in web -based survey.
