摘  要:为了提高皮革废水中CODCr和氮的处理效果,在好氧工艺之前设置水解酸化,改善进水碳源,提高废水的可生化性。结果表明:在水力停留时间20h,室温工作条件下,水解酸化预处理装置运行稳定后,对模拟皮革废水的有机污染物、氨氮、硫化物均有较好的去除效果,其CODCr、NH3-N的最大去除率分别为65%和59%,出水硫化物稳定在0.1mg/L,反应器内的VFA浓度可反应出水解酸化处理效果的好坏,系统pH值基本维持在7.0~8.3之间,BOD5/CODCr经处理后最高可达0.45,大大提高了废水的可生化性。为后续生物处理打下良好基础。In order to improve CODCr and the nitrogen removal efficiency from tannery wastewater,the hydrolysis acidification tank was set before the aerobic reactor to improve the influent carbon source and increase the biodegradability. Results show that under the condition of room temperature, hydraulic retention time 20h, after hydrolysis acidification pretreatment device running steadily, CODcr, ammonia nitrogen and sulfide have a high removal efficiency for treating simulation tannery wastewater. And the maximum CODCr and ammonia nitrogen removal rate are 65% and 59% respectively. Sulfide of yielding water concentrations stabi- lizes at 0. 1 rag/L, the concentrations of Volatile Fatty Acid can reflect the circumstance of hydrolysis acidification treatment effect. Effluent pH maintains at 7.0 - 8.3, BOD5/CODCr of the wastewater increases to maximum 0. 45, the capability of biochemis- try is greatly improved,which has created the advantage for the following aerobic process treatment.
