摘  要:以自制的水性PU乳液、物理发泡剂、各种填料等为主要原料,采用物理机械发泡法,3段式烘干工艺制得水性PU合成革物理发泡层,通过机械性能分析、透水汽性测试、扫描电子显微镜等方法,对发泡层的性能进行表征,结果表明:采用烷基糖苷作为发泡剂。15%的超微皮革粉体作为填料,采用80%~100℃~120℃3段式加热干燥工艺得到的水性PU合成革物理发泡层,微孔结构完整均匀,表面平整光滑,机械性能较好,透水汽性得到明显改善。Water borne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric, which using physical mechanical foaming method and the three section drying process, were prepared with the self- made waterborne polyurethane emulsion, foaming agent, fillers as main raw materials. The properties were studied by mechanical performance analysis, moisture vapour permeability test, scanning electron microscope (SEM) scanning electron microscope. The results show that with APG as foaming agent, 15% of the finished leather powder as the filler and 80℃ - 100℃ ~ 120℃ three stage heat drying process, the water borne polyurethane synthetic leather fab- ric has complete uniform micropore structure, smooth surface and good mechanical properties, and its moisture vapour permeability is obviously improved.
