摘　　要：提到近代烟台商业，就不能避开盎斯洋行。盎斯洋行是近代烟台最大的洋行之一。1886年由德国人盎斯在朝阳街设立。盎斯洋行是近代烟台最大的洋行之一，1886年由德国人盎斯在朝阳街设立。其鼎盛时期，不仅控制了烟台的花生出口业务，也垄断了烟台的西医、西药及医疗器械的进口业务，烟台的第一架X光机就是由它进口到法国医院（现烟台山医院）的。盎斯洋行的创始人是奥托·盎斯（Otto Ferdi-nand Fritz Anz），1840年出生于德国西普鲁士的马林韦尔德（Marienwerder，二战之后剖让给波兰），父亲海因里希·盎斯（Heinrich Franz Anton Anz）是西普鲁士马林韦尔德区的政府专员，1848年当选为法兰克福国民议会代表。Regarding the modem commerce in Yantai, the Anz & Company cannot beignored. The Anz & Company was one of the biggest companies in modern Yantai. It was founded by a German called Anz in the Chaoyang Street in 1886. In its prime time, it not only controlled the export of peanuts in Yantai but also monopolized the import of western medicine and medical instruments. The first X-ray apparatus in Yantai was imported by it to the French Hospital (the current Yantai Mountain Hospital).The founder of the Anz & Company was Otto Anz. In 1877 Anz and a German named Hagen made jointinvestment in Yantai and established the Yantai Silk Bureau. This was the first machinery silk factory in Shandongand the first modem machinery factory that specialized in tussah reeling in China.
