摘　　要：本文在分析电动自行车及充电器行业状况的基础上,梳理了电动自行车及充电器产品国内外相关标准,对电动自行车及充电器产品安全项目及其危害性进行了阐述,分析了相关案例及其产生的原因;最后从完善标准体系、规范企业生产、提升消费安全意识等方面提出了电动自行车及充电器产品质量安全水平提升的措施与建议。Based on the analysis of the status of electric bicycle and charger industry, this paper discusses the related domestic and international standards, elaborates the corresponding safety programs and their harmfulness and analyzes the related cases and their reasons. Finally, it presents measures and suggestions for the improvement on quality and safety of the electric bicycle and charger products in terms of improvement of standards system, standardization of enterprise production and promotion of consumption safety consciousness.
