摘 要:目的了解某校医学生心肺复苏知识认知及需求现状,为医学生心肺复苏(CPR)知识及技能培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的"医学生对心肺复苏术知识掌握的调查问卷",对某校808名在校医学生进行调查。结果医学生CPR理论知识认知水平不高,其中,口对口人工呼吸正确知识、心肺复苏实施的正确顺序、成人胸外心脏按压的部位、胸外心脏按压与人工呼吸的比值知晓率分别为13.61%、15.72%、28.22%、36.80%;医学生对CPR的培训需求率达95.90%。结论医学生CPR的认知水平有待提高,应采取相应的措施加大培训力度。Objective To understand the medical students' cognition and demands on cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), so as to provide the evidence for improving the CPR training. Methods A total of 808 medical students were ran-domly selected from a medical university and investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire on CPR cognition and de-mands. Results The cognitive level of medical students on CPR was not high, and the demand rate of CPR training was 95.90%. Conclusion The cognitive level of medical students on CPR is not high, and the corresponding training mea-sures should be enhanced.
