摘　　要：目的了解大学生健康知识的知晓程度及掌握现状,为探讨开展大学生健康教育的有效途径,提高大学生的健康水平提供预见性资料。方法对选择大学生健康教育公选课的学生进行课前问卷测试,用SPSS统计软件对数据进行处理。结果学生来源云南省内和省外、父母亲学历、父母婚姻状况及学生是否是独子几个因素,对学生的健康知识知晓程度有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而学生性别和学生所学专业,对大学生健康知识知晓程度的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应根据当前大学生的特点和需求,加强高校健康教育工作,以提高大学生的健康水平。Objective To understand the university students awareness level of health knowledge, and explore the influencing factors, so as to provide the evidence for improving the heahh education as well as students heahh level. Methods In a university of Yunnan Province, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students who chose the health education course, and the data was analyzed by SPSS. Results The influencing factors of awareness level of health knowledge of the students included the students from Yunnan Province ornot, the education levels of the parents, par-ents＇marital status, and only son or not in a family （P〈0.05）. The students gender and profession did not influence the awareness level of health knowledge of the students （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The health education in universities should be strengthened base on the current students characteristics and their demands.
