摘　　要：目的了解电子科技大学中山学院大学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为现状,为针对性地开展艾滋病及性健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机整群抽取电子科技大学中山学院530名大学生进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果大学生对艾滋病相关知识的平均知晓率为84%,对"只与1个性伙伴发生性行为可以减少艾滋病的传播"和"蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病"的知晓率较低,分别为69.8%和56.7%。对婚前性行为持赞同态度的学生占30.6%,性行为发生率为11.8%;第1次发生性行为时使用安全套的男、女生分别为36.0%和31.1%。对待艾滋病病人的态度:16.2%的学生表示接纳,14.9%的学生不愿意与其继续交往,3.7%的学生表示歧视结论大学生对艾滋病知识的掌握欠佳,性行为现状不容乐观,需加强对大学生全面系统的艾滋病健康教育及行为干预工作,重视培养大学生对艾滋病感染者和病人理解宽容的态度。Objective To explores the AIDS related knowledge, attitudes and behavior of students in a university so as to provides the evidence for improving the targeted AIDS health education and sexual health education. Methods A total of 530 students in a university were selected randomly by the cluster sampling method and investigate with an anonymous self-administered and self-designed questionnaire. Results The average awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 84%.The awareness rates of having sex with the only one sexual partner reducing the spread of AIDS and mosquito bite being not the possible way of spreading AIDS were 69.8% and 56.7% respectively. The rate of holding positive attitudes toward premarital sex was 30.6% and the incidence of sexual behavior was 11.8%. The rates of usingcondom in the first sexual behavior were 36% and 31.1% in the male and female students respectively. About the attitudes toward AIDS patients, 16.2% of the students hold a positive attitude, 14.9% hold a negative attitude, and 3.7% hold discriminated attitude. Conclusion These students in the university have not enough knowledge about AIDS. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive and systematic AIDS healthy education sexual health education.
