摘 要:目的探讨学校与医院联合培训模式对企业员工进行院前急救培训的效果。方法采用分层抽样选取企业员工300名,采用意愿调查问卷进行调查,根据结果选择急救培训方式和时间,比较培训前后员工理论知识和技能操作考核结果。结果 95.67%员工参与培训,88.15%员工参加了培训后操作考试;培训前后员工的急救基本知识平均成绩从(8.41±2.94)分提高至(11.73±2.04)分、理论考核成绩从(14.26±4.29)分提高至(18.12±4.77)分,合格率增高,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训前后员工CPR、包扎、止血、固定、搬运的操作技术水平均有所增强(P<0.01)。结论学校与医院联合培训模式明显提高企业员工的急救知识和急救技能。Objective To evaluate the effect of pre-hospital first aid training with the school and hospital joint model among enterprise employees. Methods A total of 300 employees were selected by using the stratified sampling method and investigated with self-designed questionnaires. The first aid training methods and time were selected according to the employees' willingness, and the training was performed and the results of the training were evaluated. Results Totally 95.67% of employees voluntarily participated in the training and 88.15% of themparticipated in the operation assessment after the training. The average scoreof the first aid basic knowledge increased from 8.41 ±2.94 before the training to11.73±2.04 after the training, and the average score of theory increased from 14.26 ±4.29 to 18.12±4.77, and the qualified rate also increased(P0.01). After the training, the levels of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), bandaging, hemostasis,fixing, and handling were all increased(P〈0.01). Conclusion The pre-hospital first aid training with the school and hospital joint model could obviously improve enterprise employees' first aid knowledge and operating ability.
