腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像诊断冠心病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像诊断冠心病临床应用效果。方法对90例冠心病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床检验人员完成所有患者腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像检查工作，记录其腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像检查结果并与冠状动脉造影结果进行对比，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果90例冠心病患者经腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像检出率高达95.56％，与未检出率（4.44％）比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像与冠状动脉造影对冠心病检出率（分别为95.56％、100.00％）比较差异未见统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像可获得较高的冠心病诊断正确率，临床医生应准确掌握冠心病相关特点，对疑似病例及时给予各项检查确诊病情，保障其疗效及预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with coro-nary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed ,clinical professionals with rich experience completed all of adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging in patients with inspections and recorded its adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging test results .The results were compared with coronary angiography , giving statistical analysis concluded .Results The adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging detec-tion rate was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than non-detection rate （ 4.44%, P〈0.05 ）; a-denosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging and coronary angiography for coronary artery disease detec -tion rate were 95.56%and 100.00%respectively ,and there was no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusions Adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging can obtain higher diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease .Clinicians should accurately grasp the characteristics of coronary heart disease , for suspected cases of the disease diagnosed in time to give the guarantee of its efficacy and prognosis .
