摘　　要：目的：探讨致心律失常性右室心肌病的临床特点。方法对15例致心律失常性右室心肌病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，内容包括临床表现、检查结果、治疗方法及效果等，将所得资料经统计学分析后获得结论。结果15例致心律失常性右室心肌病患者均存在胸闷、心悸临床表现；经临床治疗总有效率高达93.33％，无死亡。结论临床医生应准确掌握致心律失常性右室心肌病相关特征，对疑似病例给予积极检查确诊病情，选择合适的治疗方案获得满意疗效，保障患者生活质量及生命安全。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopa-thy.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical manifestations, examination results, treatment and effects, and the resulting data were ana-lyzed after obtaining conclusions .Results Fifteen cases of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy all had clini-cal manifestations of chest tightness and palpitations; the total efficiency was up to 93.33%, no deaths occurred.Con-clusions Clinicians should accurately grasp the related characteristics of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy , actively give examination for suspected cases , choose the appropriate treatment to obtain satisfactory results , ensure the quality of life and protect the lives and safety of patients .
