岭南高脂血症的中医诊疗特点

摘　　要：本文将从环境和生活习惯、发病特点、治疗特色等方面探讨岭南高脂血症的中医诊疗特点，以期为高脂血症的辨证论治提供参考。岭南医学认为，岭南环境湿热，嗜食肥甘、喜食生冷、一日多食（早、午、夜茶）、凉萘与药膳滥施、进补太过等饮食习惯，以及工作压力大、生活节奏快、高度紧张、作息昼夜颠倒、饮食无时等不良现代生活，使得岭南人以湿热质、阴虚阳热偏盛、气阴两虚、脾虚痰湿等偏颇体质多见，并易感湿热外邪，损伤脾胃，以致脾瘅、脾虚失健、阳损阴虚、气郁、气滞与血瘀，因此岭南高脂血症患者以虚、湿、热、瘀为主要病机，属岭南温病学之范畴，治宜消食行气化滞、活血祛瘀通络、清热燥湿祛痰。布渣叶等南药治疗高脂血症有较好疗效。This article would investigate the TCM diagnosis and treatment characteristics of hyperlipidemia in south of the Five Ridges from the as- pects of environment and living habits, characteristics of disease and treatment, in order to provide some references for the syndrome differentiation of hyperlipidemia. Lingnan medicine considers that, the environment of south of the Five Ridges is damp and hot, the diet customary of preferring to fatness and raw or cold, many meals a day （morning tea, aRcrnoon tea, night tea）, the lavishment of herbal tea and medicinal dishes, taking tonics too much, and the bad modern life of high working pressure, fast-paced life, high-strung, reversal of day and night, irregular diet, make the biased consti- tutions of damp-beat, yin deficiency and yang heat, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness are in the majori- ty in Lingnan people, and is easy to be affected by damp-heat evil then injure spleen and stomach, causes Dan spleen, spleen defciency and dysfunc- tion in transport, yin deficiency due to yang injured, qi depression, qi stagnation and blood stasis, S~ the main pathogenesis of hypcrlipidemia in south of the Five Ridges which belongs to the category of science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine are deficiency, damp- ness, heat and blood stasis, help digestion and promoting qi circulation to remove stagnation, activating blood and eleminating stasis and dredging collaterals, clearing heat and eliminating dampness and phlegm should be its treatment, and south medicinal herbs such as Folinm Microcotis is effec- tive in treatment of hyperlipidemia.
