摘 要:对当前乙烯液化气运输船的市场需求量和乙烯液化气船蒸发气回收的必要性进行了分析,对原有乙烯液化气船再液化系统工艺流程以及系统内乙烯蒸发气的流动状态和流动路线进行了定性描述,介绍了在原有系统工艺配置的基础上对乙烯液化气船再液化系统工艺流程进行的优化改进。将改进前和改进后的工艺流程图进行了理论对比,证明改进后的乙烯液化气船再液化系统结构更加紧凑,再液化循环结果更加节能。The market needs of liquified ethylene carrier and the necessity to recycle the vapour of liquified ethylene carrier were analyzed. Then the process flow diagram of the original reliquefaction system for liquified ethylene carrier was studied and its flowing form was researched qualitatively. On the basis of old system equipment,the former could be improved and advanced legitimately. Compared with the improved part theoretical,more optimized process flow diagram was selected and it proved that it worked energy-efficiently and compact structure.
