废玻璃粉粒度分布与活性指数的灰色关联分析

摘  要:经过不同研磨时间制得4组不同粒度的废玻璃粉,采用激光粒度分析仪测定废玻璃粉的粒度分布;采用灰色关联分析方法分析废玻璃粉粒度分布对活性指数的影响。结果表明:只有当废玻璃粉的粒径小于一定的值时才具有火山灰活性;对废玻璃粉活性指数起关键作用的粒径范围为6.414~〈20.710μm。Four groups of waste glass powders with different particle sizes were prepared with different milling time. Particle size distribution of the waste glass powders was measured by a laser particle size analyzer. The effect of particle size distribution on activity coefficients of waste glass powders was analyzed by grey connection analysis. The results show that the waste glass powders have volcanic ash activity only when the particle size is smaller than a certain value. The particle size plays a key role in the activity coefficients of waste glass powders with size in range with size in from 6.414 μm to less than 20.710 μm.
