复方磷酸萘酚喹片治疗非洲恶性疟疾35例

摘　　要：目的观察复方磷酸萘酚喹片治疗非洲恶性疟的临床效果。方法以显微镜血检恶性疟原虫阳性患者为观察对象。复方磷酸萘酚喹片顿服成人总量含磷酸萘酚喹400 mg及青蒿素1 000 mg。服药后按时测量体温和血检疟原虫。随访28d,观察治疗效果。结果复方磷酸萘酚喹片治疗非洲恶性疟35例,平均退热时间为(36.7±16.3)h,原虫转阴时间为(58.1±15.3)h,治愈率为97.3%,服药后除少数(2例)出现恶心、胃部不适外,无其它不良反应。结论复方磷酸萘酚喹片治疗非洲恶性疟具有良好的效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of compound naphthoquine phosphate tablets in patients withimported African falciparum malaria. Methods Patients with P. falciparum malaria were selected as the subjects andtreated with a single dose of compound naphthoquine phosphate tablets（total dose contains naphoquine 400 mg and artemisinin1 000 mg in adults） and followed up in preselective time by blood and temperature examination for 28 days after drugadministration. Results A total of 35 patients with P. falciparum malaria were treated and followed up. The cure rate in 28 days was 97.3%.The mean fever clearance time was（36.7±16.3）h; the mean parasite clearance time was（58.1±15.3）h; Noapparent side effect was observed but 2 patients had nausea and stomach discomfort. Conclusion Compound naphthoquinephosphate tablet is effective for the treatment of patients with African falciparum malaria.
