摘　　要：本研究主要通过分析藏医方剂基本规律,结合现代中药毒性研究的方法和成果,提出基于藏药药性理论的含毒性药材藏药复方制剂安全性的研究思路。在藏医药文献、临床数据及藏药药性理论的基础上,开展藏药复方制剂的安全性研究,有助于完善对藏药复方制剂的认识,并有助于科学地阐释藏药复方制剂本质,正确评价和客观对待藏药的不良反应和毒副作用。This study was aimed to investigate study thoughts on the safety of Tibetan medicine compound preparation contained toxin herbs based on theory of medicine property in Tibetan medicine through the analysis of the basic rules of Tibetan medicine prescriptions in combination with the methods and results of modern Chinese medicine toxicity research.Based on Tibetan medicine literatures,clinical data and theory of medicine property in Tibetan medicine,the study on safety of Tibetan medicine compound preparation was carried on.This study contributed to the understanding of Tibetan medicine compound preparation and the scientific interpretation of the intrinsic quality of Tibetan medicine compound preparation,as well as the correct evaluation and objective attitude towards the adverse reactions,toxic and side effects of Tibetan medicine.
