双立轴强制式混凝土搅拌机物料流动的模拟分析

摘　　要：针对2 m^3的双立轴强制式混凝土搅拌机建立物理简化模型,并利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立实体模型,离散元软件EDEM对物料搅拌流动过程进行模拟仿真。结合相关试验,对双立轴强制式混凝土搅拌机搅拌过程中物料颗粒的流动轨迹,以及物料混合均匀度进行研究分析,为双立轴搅拌机结构设计提供参考。A simplified physical mode was built tagainst a dual vertical shaft forced type concrete mixer in 2m^3 of capacity while utilizing a soft ware to have built a solid model so as to analog simulate the materials flowing when mixing, where relative tests were considered to detect moving tracks of the mixing grains in side the machine while studying and analyzing uniformity of the mixture so as to a reference for assembly design of such a mixer.
