摘　　要：钱秋海教授认为肾气亏虚,肺胃失调,消渴日久导致水停、血瘀,发为老年性糖尿病神经源性膀胱,应从整体着眼,控制原发病,辨别病机,虚实兼顾,以脾胃为切点,肾与膀胱为中心,兼顾肺,倡导三焦同调,标本同治,半夏泻心汤加减,随证治之。Qian Qiuhai Professor think that the kidney deficiency,unsmoothness of pulmonary qi,diabetes leads to falling water retention,blood stasis,makes for the elderly diabetic neurogenic bladder.We should focus on the overall to control of the primary disease,identify the pathology,insist on actual situation into account.We should take taste as the cut-off point,kidney and bladder as the center,take the lungs and Sanjiao into account.We should treat both the incidental and fundamental aspects,treat disease with addition and subtraction of Banxiaxiexin decoction,use different methods with the permit rule.
