补阳还五汤治疗卡培他滨化疗后手足综合征随机平行对照研究  

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Treating Hand-foot Syndrome Caused by Capecitabine

摘　　要：[目的]观察补阳还五汤治疗卡培他滨化疗后手足综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组方法随机分为两组。对照组27例维生素B6,300mg/次,1次/d。治疗组25例补阳还五汤内服和外洗:黄芪30g,当归尾20g,地龙、赤芍各15g,川芎、桃仁各10g,红花6g,甘草5g;纳差、乏力加茯苓、鸡内金各12g,白术10g;血虚加鸡血藤20g;1剂/d,水煎000m L,早晚口服。补阳还五汤煎液泡洗双手双足,30min/次。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、手足皮肤状况、不良反应。连续治疗8疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组0级9例,Ⅰ级2例,Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级2例,发生率64.00%。对照组0级13例,Ⅰ级10例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级1例,发生率51.80%。[结论]补阳还五汤治疗卡培他滨化疗后手足综合征,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Treated for Buyanghuanwu capecitabine cause hand-foot syndrome treatment effect was observed.[Method]With the randomized parallel controlled method,52 patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the pathography draw method,27 patients in the study group of,25 patients in the control group;the control group with conventional chemotherapy treatment and oral vitamin B6 300mg/d qd,the control group with chemotherapy and Buyanghuanwu soup treatment： Huang Qi 30 g,Tail of Angelica sinensis 20 g,Earhworm15g,Red peony15 g,Rhizome of Chuanxiong 10 g,Peach 10 g,Safflower 6g,Licorice 6g;if anorexia and weak,add Fuling 12 g,Gallus gallus domesticus 12 g,Atractylodes 10g;if blood deficiency,add Caulis Spatholobi 20 g,1/d,water frying 200 m L,points 2 times oral.Buyanghuanwu freid soup soaking both hands and double foot,30min/d,the duration of one treatment was 21 days.Observe the clinical symptom and adverse reactions,after 8 treatments,response assessment.[Results]In the study group： grade 0 13 cases,gradeⅠ10 cases,gradeⅡ3 cases,gradeⅢ 1 cases,incidence rate 51.80%.In the control group,grade 9 cases,gradeⅠ 2cases,gradeⅡ 12 cases,gradeⅢ 2cases,incidence rate 64.00%.[Conclusion]Application in treatment Buyanghuanwu prevented capecitabine correlation hand-foot syndrome,the effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
