泽泻汤治疗痰浊中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕随机平行对照研究  

Zexie Decoction in the Treatment of Phlegm Turbidity Resistance Type of Vertebral- Basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo Random Parallel Control Study

摘　　要：[目的]观察泽泻汤治疗痰浊中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组。对照组34例氟桂利嗪,每晚5mg,睡前口服,1次/d。治疗组34例泽泻汤(泽泻30g,白术20g;耳鸣重听加灵磁石30g,远志炙6g;夜寐不宁加茯神10g,夜交藤30g;颈项疼痛加葛根15g,白芍30g;若兼气血亏虚加党参15g,当归6g;兼有肾精不足加熟地、山药、山萸肉各10g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、TCD指标(左椎动脉-LVA、右椎动脉-RVA、基底动脉-BA)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效21例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率97.10%。对照组痊愈2例,显效12例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率82.40%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。平均血流速度两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]泽泻汤治疗痰浊中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Zexie Decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity resistance type of vertebral- basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.[Method]With the randomized parallel controlled method,68 out-patients were randomly divided into two group according to the the visiting number sequence method.The control group of 34 cases of flunarizine hydrochloride 5mg every nignt before sleeping,oral,1/d.Th e treatment group of 24 cases of Ze Xie Decoction（rhizoma alismatis 30 g,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 20g;Tinnitus hard of hearing add spirit magnet 30 g,main polygala 6g;Night sleep soundly restless to god eight 10 g,tuber fleeceflower stem 30g;Neck pain add kudzuvine root 15 g,root of herbaceous peony 30 g;if and deficiency of qi and blood add dangshen 15 g,Chinese angelica 6g;Both kidney essence deficiency add prepared rhizome of rehmannia,yam,mountain cornus 10 g respectively）,1/d,boiling water 400 ml,Points in the morning and evening suit.2 weeks of continuous treatment for 1 courses of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,TCD index,general security index,electrocardiogram inspection,the adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group cured were 5 cases,excellent were 21 cases,effective were 7 cases,invalid were 1 cases,the total effective rate was 97.10% Control group cured were 2 cases, excellent were 12,effective were 14 cases,invalid were 6 cases,the total effective rate was 82.4%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The average blood flow velocity in the two groups were improved（P〈0.05）.the treatment group is better than control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Curative effect of Zexie Decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity resistance type of vertebral- basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.and effectively treatment phlegm turbidity resistance type of vertigo is satisfied,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
