化瘀通络浴足方治疗跟痛症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察化瘀通络浴足方治疗跟痛症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。休息,避免久站、久行和足部负重。对照组35例醋氯芬酸,0.1g/次,2次/d;双氯芬酸二乙胺,涂抹患处,3次/d。治疗组35例化瘀通络浴足方(川芎、元胡20g,乳香、没药各12g,桃仁、红花各15g,秦艽30g,青皮10g,地龙5g,牛膝6g;急性疼痛发作剧烈加自然铜、血竭),1剂/d,水煎3000m L,3次/d,1000m L/次,浸泡30min/次。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈29例,有效6例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈18例,有效12例,无效5例,总有效率85.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]化瘀通络浴足方治疗跟痛症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Huayutongluo Yuzu square heel pain treatment efficacy in young adults.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,70 outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.Rest and avoid long standing,long lines and foot weight.35 cases in the control group Aceclofenac,0.1g/times,2 times/d;diclofenac diethylamine,smearing the affected area,3 times/d.The treatment group 35 cases Huayutongluo Yuzu party（Chuanxiong,Yuanhu 20 g,Ruxiang,Meiyao 12 g,Taoren,Honghua each 15 g,Qinjiu 30 g,Qingpi 10 g,Dilong 5g,Niuxi 6g;severe acute pain episodes plus Zirantong,Xuejie）,a/d,decoction 3000 m L,3 times/d,1000 m L/times,soaking 30min/times.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 29 cases,effective in 6 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of 100.00%.The control group cured 18 cases,effective 12 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total efficiency of 85.71%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Huayutongluo Yuzu Treatment of heel pain in young adults results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
