活血止痛汤治疗早期骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血止痛汤治疗早期骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例布洛芬,0.3g/次,2次/d;硫酸氨基葡萄糖,0.25～0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组34例活血止痛汤（当归、赤芍各12g,川芎10g,红花3g,丹参、牛膝、延胡索、苏木、陈皮各10g,积雪草6g,乳香、没药各10g,三七6g,紫荆藤15g,地鳖虫10g）,1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚口服,250m L/次。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、评分指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率91.18%。对照组显效8例,有效16例,无效10例,总有效率70.59%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。评分指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]活血止痛汤治疗早期骨性关节炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Huo Xue Zhi Tong Soup Treated early osteoarthritis.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,68 cases of hospitalized patients by a coin toss method is simple randomized into two groups.The control group of 34 patients ibuprofen,0.3g/times,2 times/d;glucosamine sulfate,0.25～0.5g/time,3 times/d.Treatment group,34 patients Huo Xue Zhi Tong soup（Danggui,Chishao each 12 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,Honghua 3g,Danshen,Niuxi,Yanhusuo,Sumu,Chenpi 10 g,Jixuecao 6g,Ruxiang,Meiyao 10 g,Sanqi 6g,Zijingteng 15 g,Dibiechong 10g）,1 ji/d,decoction 500 m L,sooner or later,oral,250 m L/times.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,scoring index,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 13 cases,effective 18 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total efficiency of 91.17%.Group 8 cases were markedly effective in 16 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 70.59%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Rating indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Huo Xue Zhi Tong Treated early osteoarthritis satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
