止痛散熏蒸联合乙哌立松治疗风寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症57例临床观察  

Clinical Observation of 57 Cases of Analgesic Powder Fumigation Combined with Eperisone Treatment of Cold Dampness Type of Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘　　要：[目的]观察止痛散熏蒸联合乙哌立松治疗风寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,57例（住院/门诊）患者止痛散（苏木、川椒、路路通各20g,牛膝、木香、延胡索各15g,伸筋草、透骨草、荆芥各20g,川芎、独活、红花各15g,制川乌、草乌、细辛各10g）,专用中药熏蒸床容器内加清水煮沸,蒸汽熏蒸腰背部,温度控制48～52℃,30min/次,2次/d。乙哌立松,50mg/次,3次/d,饭后口服。治疗期间配合卧硬板床及减少活动。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,随访3个月,判定疗效。[结果]治愈37例,好转16例,无效4例,总有效率为93.00%。[结论]止痛散熏蒸联合乙哌立松治疗风寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effect,using Analgesic Powder fumigation treatment and Eperisone,in treating wind cold lumbar disc herniation.[Method]With the prospective design means,giving the Analgesic Powder fumigation treatment（composed by Hematoxylin,Pericarpium zanthoxyli,Lu Lu Tong,20 g,Achyranthes root,Aucklandia root,corydalis tuber each 15 g stretched out band of grass,Speranskia herb,Herba schizonepetae,20 g,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,safflower 15 g,prepared aconite root,kusnezoff Monkshood Root,asarum each 10g）,acting on the lumbosacral region of 57 hospitalized patients.The temperature was controlled at 48～52℃,30min/times,2 times/d.Eperisone,50mg/times,3 times/d,after oral administration.During treatment all patients need to lie hard bed and reduce activities.15 days continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observing the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.1 course of treatment,follow-up of 3 months,judge curative effect.[Results]Cure 37 cases,improvement in 16 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.00%.[Conclusion]The effect of using Analgesic Powder fumigation treatment and Eperisone in treating wind cold lumbar disc herniation was satisfied while no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
