益气润肠汤治疗气虚肠燥型功能性便秘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气润肠汤治疗气虚肠燥型功能性便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。摄入足量纤维食物,禁辛辣,养成按排便习惯。对照组30例芪蓉润肠口服液,20m L/次,2次/d。治疗组30例益气润肠汤(生黄芪、生白术各30g,鸡内金20g,虎杖、大腹皮各15g,当归、枳实各10g;腹胀加厚朴;口干加生地、玄参),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、排便时间间隔、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效10例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。排便时间间隔两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气润肠汤治疗气虚肠燥型功能性便秘疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Yiqi Runchang Decoction Treated intestines functional constipation intestinal dry-type effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,60 outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.Adequate intake of fiber foods,spicy ban,develop press bowel habits.A control group of 30 patients Rong Qi intestines oral,20 m L/times,2 times/d.Yiqi treatment group,30 cases intestines soup（Shenghaungqi,Shengbaizhu each 30 g,Jineijin 20 g,Huzhang,Dafupi 15 g,Danggui,Zhishi each 10g;bloating plus Houpu;dry mouth plus Shengdi,Xunshen）,a/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,oral,150 m L/second;western medicine with the control group.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,defecation interval,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 18 cases,10 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency 70.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Defecation interval in both groups improved（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Yiqi Runchang Decoction Treated intestines intestinal dry constipation Functional results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
