半刺不留针治疗小儿周围性面瘫与针刺留针联合TDP照射等效性随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察半刺不留针治疗小儿周围性面瘫与针刺留针联合TDP照射等效性。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将18例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组9例针刺留针(主穴患侧阳白、太阳、四白、攒竹、颧髎、下关、颊车、地仓、翳风、对侧合谷,人中沟歪斜配水沟,鼻唇沟变浅配迎香,颏唇沟歪斜配承浆,闭目不全配鱼腰),针刺入皮肤后有酸、麻、胀得气感后,留针20min,并用TDP照射患侧面部,以能耐受温度的距离为适宜。治疗组9例半刺不留针,患儿家属抱住患儿以固定住身体,另一个固定其头部使其不可晃动,取仰卧位或坐位,取穴同对照组;针刺入皮肤后,立即出针,如有针孔出血,即刻用无菌干棉球按压针孔。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效2例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率77.78%。对照组痊愈4例,显效2例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率66.67%。临床疗效两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]半刺不留针治疗小儿周围性面瘫与针刺留针联合TDP照射具有等效性,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Observe half needling let us not leave a needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with acupuncture needles combined with TDP irradiation equivalence.[Methods]Random parallel control method,18 cases of outpatient were divided into two groups by order number randomly.control group,9 cases of needle retaining needle（The main point to take one side yangbai,taiyang,sibai,cuanzhu,quanliao xi aguan,jiache,dicing,yifeng,contralateral of hegu,Along with the disease with acupuncture point,People with skew shuigou,nasolabial shallow with yingxiang,mentolabial sulcus skewed distribution of Chengjiang,closed eyes without yuyao）,Needle into the skin after acid,hemp,bilge gas sense,retaining needle for 20 minutes and TDP irradiation suffering from side face,temperature tolerance distance is suitable.Treatment group,9cases of Half Needling and let us not leave a needle,families of children hold children to fixed living body,another fixed head make it can not shake,supine or sitting position and acupoints with control group;needle into the skin immediately after the needle,such as pinhole bleeding immediately with a sterile dry cotton pressing pinhole.Continuous treatment for 10 days for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]5 cases were cured,2 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,0 cases no-effective,the total efficiency of 77.78%.The control group recovered in 4 cases,2 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,1 case no-effective,the total efficiency of 66.67%.Comparison of two groups showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Half needling acupuncture without leaving peripheral facial paralysis in children,results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,should be promoted.
