藤黄健骨胶囊联合局部理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察藤黄健骨胶囊联合局部理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组50例中药蒸气浴、TDP神灯照射、超声电导、电针、蜡疗。治疗组50例藤黄健骨胶囊,6粒/次,2次/d。局部理疗同对照组;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效3例,有效35例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。对照组显效2例,有效20例,无效28例,总有效率44.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]藤黄健骨胶囊联合局部理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe tenghuangjiangu capsule combined with local therapy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]100 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the patients with the disease.The control group of 50 cases of traditional Chinese medicine vapor bath,TDP lamp irradiation,ultrasound,electro conductivity,keritherapy.The treatment group of 50 cases of tenghuangjiangu capsule,6 capsules each time,2 times/d.Local physical therapy likes control group.Continuous treatment for 3 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.Treatment of 1 courses,determine the efficacy.[Results]3 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group,35 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76%.In the control group,2 cases were markedly effective,effective in 20 cases,invalid in 28 cases,the total effective rate was 44%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Gamboge Jian Gu Capsule Combined with local therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and the results were satisfactory.No serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
