摘　　要：目的:探讨伴有系统疾病的老年缺牙患者在进行可摘义齿修复过程中护理配合的作用。方法:对120名到我科就诊的需要进行可摘义齿修复且伴有系统疾病的患者从初诊到复诊全过程进行护理干预。并对其满意度、复诊时间及次数等行为评价。结果:实试验组患者平均就诊次数5.5±1.6次,每次平均就诊时间为35±10.5min,所有患者均对义齿修复后效果满意,满意度调查显示试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过有效的护理干预,可以减少患者就诊次数,提高患者对义齿修复的满意度,对口腔护理工作的提高具有重要的实用意义。Objective： To discuss the effect of nursing cooperation care during the process of older patients with partial edentulous accompanied by system disorders diseases treated with removable partial denture. Methods： A total of 120 older patients with partial edentulous accompanied by system disorders diseases treated with removable partial denture who were given oral nursing cooperation care during the prosess process of initially visit to follow-up visits. Results： The patient average office visits times were 5,5±1.6, average consultation time was 35＋10.5 minutes. All patients were satisfied with the treatment and nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can significant reduce the chair-side time and improve satisfaction, which has great significance in improving oral nursing.
