摘　　要：介绍了一种新型生物表面活性剂—枯草菌脂肽钠(KANEKA·Surfactin)。枯草菌脂肽钠是一种纯天然的表面活性剂,拥有独特的环状肽结构,从而得到了异常优异的乳化、分散等一系列表面活性性能。这一纯天然表面活性剂目前已经成功量产,并在化妆品、个人护理、洗涤等领域得到应用。A new type of green surfactant, KANEKA·Surfactin, was introduced.As a natural made surfactant with unique structure of cyclic peptides, KANEKA·Surfactin has excellent interfacial activity such as emulsion and dispersion. KANEKA Corporation has successfully produced this natural surfactant in large scale and found applications in cosmetics, personal care, cleaning industry and so on.
