摘　　要：台湾地区推动"创新前瞻科技"发展是对其"后发式"科技战略的突破。近年来台湾地区在策略和机制上出台了一系列的创新做法,推动创新前瞻科技成果产业化进程,相关的经验可为大陆借鉴。两岸科技与产业合作需要突破故有思维范式,经验借鉴和有效合作并举,开创两岸经济融合发展新局。Promoting ＂Innovation of Science and Technology＂ is a breakthrough in its ＂late-developing＂ technological de- velopment strategy in Taiwan Region. In recent years, Taiwan has introduced a series of innovative practices in the strategies and mechanisms to promote the industrialization process of the ＂innovation of science and technology＂ whose relevant experience can be used as a reference for the mainland. Under the ＂new economic normality＂, the writer believes, the two sides should break through the traditional thinking paradigm in their cooperation in science, technology and industry and create a new pros- peer of cross-Strait economic integration through the use of Taiwan＇s experience and effective cooperation.
