摘 要:目的了解鄞州区感染性腹泻流行病原菌谱与流行特征,积累感染性腹泻疾病的本底资料,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采集感染性腹泻病例的粪便标本,进行病原菌分离、鉴定,分析其流行病学特征。结果从499份标本中检出10种病原菌共51株,检出率为10.22%,其中副溶血性弧菌检出最多(54.90%,28/51),其次是沙门菌(9.80%,5/51)、溶藻弧菌(7.84%,4/51)、变形杆菌(7.84%,4/51)。6月-9月是病原菌检出高峰,副溶血性弧菌在20岁~39岁组和40岁~59岁组中分布较多,检出率分别为9.49%和11.57%。检出条件致病菌16株,占31.37%。结论鄞州区感染性腹泻病原菌呈夏季、秋季高发,青壮年为主,副溶血性弧菌是主要流行株的特征;病后即就诊能提高病原菌的检出率;条件性致病菌检出概率较高,应引起人们的关注;加强海产品检测和重点人群的饮食安全宣传教育能减少疾病的发生。Objective By understanding the pathogenic bacteria spectrum and the epidemiological characteristic of infectious diarrhea in Yinzhou district of Ningbo,to accumulate native background data of infectious diarrhea,so as to provide scientific evidence for the establishment of prevention and control measures. Methods Feces samples collected from infectious cases were isolated and identified,and the pathogenic characteristics were analyzed. Results Among 499 specimens,10 species of51 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated with the positive rate of 10. 22%. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the predominant strain,accounting for 54. 90%( 28 /51),followed by Salmonella,accounting for 9. 80%( 5 /51),Vibrio alginolyticus,accounting for 7. 84%( 4 /51) and Bacillus proteus,accounting for 7. 84%( 4 /51). The peak of pathogen detection was from June to September. The Vibrio parahaemolyticus was dominant in 20- 39 age group and 40- 59 age group with the detection rates of9. 49% and 11. 57%. 16 strains of conditioned pathogen were detected,accounting for 31. 37%. Conclusion The incidence peaks of infectious diarrhea are in summer and autumn. The young adults are the focus group and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the major pathogen in Yinzhou district presently. The behavior of going to a doctor in time can improve the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria. The detection rate of conditioned pathogen is with high detection rate,which should be paid attention. To strengthen the food safety education for focus group and the monitor of food safety in marine products can decrease the incidence of this disease.
