蛸蛎丸联合祛瘀止痛膏治疗直径小于8厘米卵巢囊肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蛸蛎丸口服联合祛瘀止痛膏外敷治疗直径≤8 cm卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法将100例直径≤8 cm卵巢囊肿患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用蛸蛎丸口服联合祛瘀止痛膏外敷,对照组40例单纯使用蛸蛎丸口服,在两组之间进行疗效比较。结果两组总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组的痊愈率及显效率高于对照组。结论两种疗法对于直径≤8 cm卵巢囊肿均有效,但蛸蛎丸联合祛瘀止痛膏治疗效果更好。Objective To probe into the treatment effects of the oral Xiaoli Pills combined with external quyuzhitonggao for the ovarian cyst of diameter less than 8 cm. Methods 100 cases patients of the ovarian cyst of diameter less than 8 cm were divided into two groups at random. The observation group had 60 cases and was treated with the oral Xiaoli Pills combined with external Quyuzhitonggao. The control group had 40 cases and was treated alone with the oral Xiaoli Pill. The treatment effects were compared between two groups. Results The total efficient rate in two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. But the cure rate and remarkable result rate of observation group were higher than the control group. Conclusion These two treatment methods were effective for the ovarian cyst of diameter less than 8 cm but the treatment effects were better for the Xiaoli Pills combined with Quyuzhitonggao.
