几丁糖结合腹膜外翻缝合法预防术后肠管腹壁粘连的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨几丁糖结合腹膜外翻缝合法预防术后肠管腹壁粘连的效果。方法将收治的325例腹部手术患者按术中关腹时采用几丁糖结合腹膜外翻缝合法和常规关腹分为两组,术后随访。结果观察组的肠蠕动恢复时间、切口甲级愈合率,阵发性腹痛,肠梗阻再次手术与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中应用几丁糖并结合腹膜外翻缝合可明显降低腹部手术后肠管腹壁粘连的发生率。Objective To study the effects of using chitosan combined with peritoneal eversion suture prevention of postoperative bowel abdominal adhesion. Methods Retrospective analysis of general surgery were conducted on the clinical data of 325 cases of abdominal surgery patients,according to overspending： abdominal operation when using chitosan with peritoneal eversion suture and conventional closed abdomen were divided into two groups. Results The recovering time of intestinal peristalsis,the Class A healing rate of the surgical incision,paroxysmal abdomind pain and reoperation for intestinal obstruction were analyzed betwen the observation group and the control group.The difference between the two groups had great significance. Conclusion Intraoperative application of chitosan and combined with peritoneal eversion suture could obviously reduce the incidence of bowel adhesion of abdominal wall after abdominal surgery.
