微创动力髋螺钉内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究微创动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月至2015年2月新疆马兰解放军第546医院收治的64例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照分层法将其分为对照组和试验组,各34例。试验组患者采用微创DHS内固定术进行治疗,对照组患者行骨牵引术,比较两组患者的髋关节功能恢复情况、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、负重时间及并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者髋关节功能恢复的总优良率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、负重时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对股骨粗隆间骨折患者行微创DHS内固定术治疗疗效确切,且安全指数高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive dynamic hip screw internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods From February 2015 to August 2012,64 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated in the 546 th Hospital of,Xinjiang.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive DHS,the control group were treated with bone traction,the recovery of hip function, hospitalization time,fracture healing time,loading time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the time of hospitalization,fracture healing time and load time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with minimally invasive DHS internal fixation is effective and safe.
