摘　　要：从微观视角研究了企业资本投向对区域产业结构调整的影响,并结合公司产权性质及地区差异阐释了区域产业结构失衡的资源错配成因。研究发现:生产性资本投资对产业结构升级的影响仅表现为量的调整;技术性资本投资的促进作用仅在经济相对发达的区域得到释放;投机性投资在整体上存在负面作用。且对于东部地区,提高国有企业研发力度和促进民营企业快速发展成为提升区域产业结构的重要措施,而中西部地区则迫切需要改进政绩考核体系,减少政府对地方国有企业的干预,修正资源错配。We study the influence of business capital investment direction on regional industrial structural adjustment from a micro perspective, and explain the reasons for the resource misallocation of regional industrial structural imbalance. According to the finding, the influence of productive capital investment on upgrade of industrial structure is only embodied as quantitative adjustment; the technical capital investment only plays a positive role in economically developed regions; speculative investment plays a negative role on the whole; for the eastern China, the improvement of research and development of state-owned enterprises and the rapid development of privately-owned enterprises is key to upgrade regional industrial structure; for central and western China, it is an urgent task to improve political performance assessment system, reduce government＇s intervention in local state-owned enterprises, and rectify resource misallocation.
