摘　　要：近年来国内外学者对煤炭企业实现可持续发展的对策及途径做了许多有益的探索和研究,但现有研究少有从动态视角,特别是结合我国市场化进程推进来研究大型煤炭企业持续发展的战略演进轨迹。选取我国东、中、西部代表性大型煤炭企业为例,系统分析了我国大型煤炭企业自改革开放以来为谋求持续发展所进行的战略选择及战略演进轨迹。In the recent years, domestic and overseas scholars had several beneficial discovery and study on the countermeasures and path to realize the sustainable development of the coal industry. But the available study conducted with a less dynamic view, es- pecially in combination with China marketization process to promote the study on the sustainable development strategic evolution trac- ing of the large coal enterprises. Based on the representative enterprises selected from East China, Central China and West China as the examples, the paper systematically analyzed the strategic choice and strategic evolution tracing of the large coal enterprises to seek the sustainable development since the reform and opening.
