神华新疆能源公司发展现状及脱困对策分析

摘　　要：介绍了"十二五"规划发展期间,新疆煤炭产业经济产能过剩严重,供求关系失衡,煤炭价格持续下滑,煤炭企业亏损加剧的现状,分析了"十三五"期间,新疆煤炭行业仍将面临低需求、低价格、低效益和高生存压力的"三低一高"的形势。并针对性提出了神新能源公司的解困路径和措施,主要通过市场调研、战略分析和趋势预判,拟重点采取市场战略、成本战略、改革战略、清洁化战略,配合产能布局调整、生产技术优化、运输方式多元、低值资产剥离等措施,实现企业扭亏增盈,助推企业健康良性发展。During the development period of ＂National 12th Five Year＂ Planning, the overcapacity of Xinjiang Coal industrial economy was serious, the relation of the supply and demand was unbalanced, the coal sales prices are continuously declined and the loss status of the coal enterprises are serious. The paper analyzed the ＂three high and one low＂ situation with a low demand, low price, low efficiency and high survival pressure faced by Xinjiang coal industry during the period of ＂National 13th Five Year＂ Planning. The paper provided the way and measures to get rid of the difficulties of Xinjiang Energy Company. Mainly with the market investigation, strategic analysis and tendency prediction, market strategy, cost strategy, reform strategy, cleaning strategy, com- bined production capacity distribution and adjustment, production technology optimization, transportation mode diversified, low val- ue asset divestiture and other measures conducted, to eliminate losses and increase gains of the enterprises could be realized and a health and benign development of the enterprises would be promoted.
