摘 要:采用热平衡和平衡分析方法对电站锅炉系统进行了热平衡和平衡分析,通过实测、计算和分析,得到某电厂锅炉的热效率为92.48%,效率为59.89%,主要热损失为排烟损失和炉体散热损失;主要损失为传热损失和燃烧损失。针对电站锅炉热平衡和平衡中各种损失及其产生的部位,结合某电站锅炉的实际状况,提出了相应的减少有关损失的改进措施,以进一步提高电站锅炉的能源利用率。Thermal balance and exergy balance are analyzed by two methods of thermal balance and exergy balance for power plant boiler system. Obtained that thermal efficiency of the power plant boiler is 92.48% and the exergy efficiency is 59.89% by measuring,calculating and analyzing of the boiler parameters. The main heat losses are smoke exhaust loss and the loss of boiler body heat loss. The main exergy losses are the exergy loss of heat transfer and the exergy loss of combustion. Both combined the actual conditions of the power plant boiler and considered the losses and parts of thermal balance and exergy balance for the power plant boiler, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to reduce the losses in order to further increase the energy efficiency of power station boiler.
