摘 要:目的应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用技术(P&T-GC/MS),检测深圳市南山区12个饮用水监测点的生活饮用水中25种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的含量。方法水中低水溶性的挥发性有机物经吹扫捕集仪吹脱、捕集、加热解吸附后经DB-624色谱柱分离,再用质谱仪进行检测。结果对12份水样中25种挥发性有机物进行了检测,该法检出限(S/N=3)为0.001μg/L^0.020μg/L,加标回收率为89.8%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~10.0%。结论该方法快速、灵敏,可同时检出多种组分。南山区生活饮用水样中仅有含量较低的三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯等挥发性有机物检出,测定结果表明南山区生活饮用水水质良好。Objective To determine the 25 kinds of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) in drinking water from Nanshan district,Shenzhen,using purge and trap- gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( PT- GC / MS). Methods VOCs were purged,trapped and desorbed by PT instrument,then detected by mass spectrometry after separating on DB- 624 column.Results 25 kinds of VOCs in drinking water were detected. The limit of detection( S / N = 3) ranged from 0. 001 μg / L to0. 020 μg / L; the spiked recoveries were in the range of 89. 8%- 110. 0% with the relative standard deviation( RSD) ranging from 0. 8%- 10. 0%( n = 6). Conclusion The method was fast,sensitive and can simultaneously detect multiple components. The results showed that the quality of drinking water in Nanshan district was good,only few low concentration VOCs such as trichlormethane,carbon tetrachloride and ethylene trichloride were detected.
