摘 要:目的在盐酸介质中,碘酸根离子与碘离子快速反应生成单质碘,过量碘化钾增强碘的水溶性,碘进一步氧化安乃近,基于碘酸钾和安乃近之间的计量关系,建立永停滴定法测定安乃近含量,并与药典方法相比较。方法设定极化电压50 m V、电流计灵敏度10-9A、门限值60%,以碘酸钾滴定液(0.01 mol/L)滴定安乃近,用永停滴定法指示滴定终点。结果在选定条件下,永停滴定法测得的平均回收率为99.44%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.33%(n=6),其测定结果与药典法基本一致。结论碘酸钾符合基准物质要求,可直接配制滴定液,避免碘标准溶液配制过程中接触强毒性物质三氧化二砷,安全可靠,易保存;相对药典法,碘酸钾法操作程序简单、准确性高、重现性好,可用于安乃近含量测定,节省大量人力、物力。Objective In the medium of hydrochloric acid,iodate and iodine ions reacted into iodine,excessive iodine potassium iodide enhanced water solubility,and analgin was oxidated by iodine. To establish dead- stop tiration method for detection of analgin based on measurement relation between iodate and analgin and compare with pharmacopoeia method. Methods Dead-stop tiration method was used with the polarized voltage 50 m V,and the sensitivity was set at 10- 9A,and threshold value was set at 60%. Potassium iodate titration solution( 0. 01 mol / L) was used to titrate analgin. Result Under optimum experimental conditions,the average recovery of the method was 99. 44% with RSD of 0. 33%( n = 6). It was showed that there was no significant difference between this method and pharmacopceia method. Conclusion Potassium iodate conforms the requirements of standard substance,which can be directly compounded the titrant. As a result,the standard liquor of iodine in the compounded process can avoid contacting strong toxic substance: arsenic trioxide,which is safe,reliable,and easy to keep; Compared with pharmacopceia method,the operating procedure of potassium iodate is simple,with high accuracy and good reproduction,which can be used to measure the content of analgin. And it can save a lot of manpower and material resources for us.
