摘  要:目的了解近年来吉林地区急性呼吸道感染中人腺病毒(ADV)感染的病原学特征。方法收集2005年10月-2012年12月吉林地区呼吸道感染患者的鼻咽拭子共692例,采用巢氏聚合酶链反应法(nested-PCR)检测ADV hexon基因,将阳性PCR扩增产物进行测序、同源性和进化分析。同时对6种其他呼吸道相关病毒进行PCR检测,包括人博卡病毒(HBo V)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、副流感病毒1型~4型(PIV1~PIV4)、流感病毒(IFV)、人偏肺病毒(HMPV)、人肠道病毒(EV)。结果 692例标本中共检出ADV阳性扩增产物38份,总检出率为5.49%。其中有9例(23.68%)存在混合感染,以呼吸道合胞病毒、流感病毒混合感染居多。结论腺病毒是吉林地区呼吸道感染的重要病原之一,其优势流行株为3型,B和C亚属可能交替成为当年的优势毒株,另外,吉林地区存在比较少见的14型腺病毒。Objective To investigate the infectious features of human adenovirus( ADV) in patients with acute respiratory infection and the relationship of ADV infection with other pathogens in recent years. Methods 692 nasophoryngeal secrtion specimen were taken from 692 patients with acute respiratory infection,and nested- PCR assay was employed to detect ADV hexon gene. Sequencing,homology and evolution of the positive PCR amplification products were analyzed. At the same time,the six other respiratory viruses were detected by PCR,including human bocavirus( HBo V),respiratory synthetic syncytial virus( RSV),parainfluenza virus type 1- 4 type( PIV1- PIV 4),influenza virus( IFV),human metapneumovirus( HMPV),enterovirus( EV). Results 38 specimens were confirmed to be positive of ADV infection in 692 specimens with the total positive rate5. 49%; 9 specimens( 23. 68%) were mixed infection with RSV or IFV. Conclusion ADV is one of the important pathogens of respiratory tract infection in Jilin area,the epidemic strains is ADV type 3,B and C subgenus may become the dominant strain alternately,in addition,there was relatively rare adenovirus type 14.
