摘  要:目的缩短急诊检验出报告时间,将急诊检验报告时间,临床检验项目(血常规)≤30 min出报告,生化、凝血项目≤2 h出报告,缩短为临床检验项目(血常规)≤20 min出报告,生化、凝血项目≤1 h出报告。方法运用PDCA质量管理工具。结果 2014年1月-4月运用PDCA质量管理工具后,各检验仪器出报告时间明显缩短;运用PDCA质量管理工具后,急诊检验出报告时间能从临床检验项目(血常规)≤30 min出报告,生化、凝血项目≤2 h出报告,缩短为临床检验项目(血常规)≤20 min出报告,生化、凝血项目≤1 h出报告。结论通过PDCA质量管理工具,缩短了急诊检验出报告时间,提高了检验质量,更好地为临床和患者服务。Objective Using PDCA quality improvement model to reduce turn tround time( TAT) in the emergency laboratory.The aim is to decrease TAT from approximately 30 min( ≤30 min) to 20 min( ≤20 min) of clinical laboratory test items( blood routine examination) and to decrease the TAT from approximately 2 h( ≤2 h) to 1 h( ≤1 h) of biochemistry tests and coagulation tests. Methods PDCA cycle continuous improvement model were used to decrease TAT. The TAT were analysed before and after PDCA used. Results During January- April,2014,the report time of each inspection instrument was significantly shortened after the application of PDCA quality management tools,with which the report time of temporary inspection items reduced to ≤20 min from ≤30 min,and that of biochemistry,coagulation inspections reduced to ≤1 h from ≤2 h. Conclusion The application of PDCA quality improvement model improved test efficiency. It reduce TAT of clinical laboratory test items( blood routine examination),coagulation tests and biochemistry tests in the emergency laboratory. Therefore,PDCA quality improvement model will be beneficial to patients.
