摘 要:目的调查温州地区沙门菌的耐药情况,为沙门菌的防治工作及临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集2012年4月-2014年12月温州地区200株沙门菌,用琼脂二倍稀释法来测定沙门菌MIC值。结果 200株沙门菌除对左氧氟沙星、加替沙星、阿米卡星、亚胺培南完全敏感外,对其余17种抗生素均有一定耐药性,所有菌株都对2种及2种以上抗生素耐药。200株沙门菌共有39种耐药谱。3种来源菌株有8种相同的耐药谱。分离于患者和食品污染物监测样品的沙门菌株呈现更多种药物的耐药性,对5种以上药物的耐药比例分别为57.1%和50.0%,明显高于从业人员(22.5%)。结论温州市沙门菌呈多重耐药趋势,应从动物和人类两方面引导抗生素的合理使用,建立从源头治理到最终消费人群科学的筛选控制体系。加强对沙门菌的监控和耐药性监测工作,有利于指导沙门菌病的防治,提高对疫情的应急能力。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Salmonella in Wenzhou,and provide reference for Salmonella control and clinical treatment. Methods 200 strains of Salmonella were collected from April 2012 to December 2014 in Wenzhou,then MIC were tested by two fold agar dilution method. Results 200 strains of Salmonella had certain drug resistance to 17 kinds of antibiotics,except for completely sensitive to levofloxacin,gatifloxacin,amikacin,Imipenem. All strains had two or more antibiotics resistance. 200 strains of Salmonella had 39 kinds of drug resistance spectrum. Three sources of strains had 8kinds of same drug resistance spectrum. Strains separated from patients and food contaminants monitoring samples had a more serious drug resistance,and the ratio of strains with five or more kinds of drug resistance were 57. 1% and 50. 0%,respectively,significantly higher than that of the employees( 22. 5%). Conclusion Salmonella in Wenzhou showed a trend of multiple drug resistance,therefore guidance of rational use of antibiotics on animals and humans and the surveillance and control systems must be established. It was necessary to strengthen surveillance and monitoring of drug resistance in Salmonella,in order to prevent and control Salmonella disease and improve the emergency response capacity of the epidemic diseases.
