摘  要:目的:探析经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2013年12月收治的160例良性前列腺增生患者,均采取PKPP(经尿道等离子前列腺电切术)治疗,分析本组患者治疗前后的临床效果。结果本组160例良性前列腺增生患者均顺利完成手术,且无发生患者死亡事件,平均手术时间为(50.4±11.6)min,术中平均的出血量为(211.3±55.7)ml,术后患者发生并发症的概率为8.13%(13/160),并对患者进行1个月~1年的随访,治疗后,本组患者的RUV(残余尿量)、IPSS(前列腺症状评分)、Qmax(最大尿流率)、QOL(生活质量评分)各指标较治疗前相比较差异均有统计学意义。结论经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果显著,对患者的安全性较高,并发症发生率较低,术后恢复好,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the transurethral plasma cutting technique on benign prostatic hyperplasia of prostate .Methods Select 160 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from September 2010 to September 2014.All adopted PKPP(transurethral plasma cutting) prostate treatment, and the clinical effects before and after treatment were analyzed .Results All the 160 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were successfully completed surgery , and no patients died, the operation time was(50.4 ±11.6) min, the intraoperative blood loss was(211.3±55.7)ml, the incidence of postoperative complications was 8.13 %(13/160), and the patients were followed up for 1 month to 1 year, after treatment, the RUV(residual urine volume), IPSS(prostate symptom scores), Qmax(maximum urinary flow rate), QOL (quality of life score) each index was significantly different in comparison with before treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of transurethral plasma cutting technique on benign prostatic hyperplasia of prostate is remarkable , the safety of the patients is high and the incidence of complications is low, postoperative recovery is good, so it is worthy of application.
