摘　　要：2016年2月20日，农历新年的氛围尚未退去，许多地方还不时响起喜庆的鞭炮声。 施行了8年的药品电子监管码，却在这一天宣布叫停了。 自从1月25日湖南养天和大药房企业集团有限公司等因不满国家食品药品监督管理总局（以下简称“食药监总局”）强推药品电子监管码将其告上法院以来，这项已经在药品行业施行了近8年的政策，以及作为几年来负责推进药品电子监管码的唯一企业——阿里健康，均被推上了风口浪尖。Drug electronic monitoring code is necessary for monitoring of drug circulation,the problem needs to be solved that are the bar code and batch number which should be unified together,and reduce the economic burden binged to the enterprise.In addition,although the electronic supervision system is still necessary,but the policy relating to national supervision system are operating by single enterprise that needed to be terminated.
