摘  要:滚动轴承是重大装备的关键基础零部件,精密机床、高速列车等高性能滚动轴承的自主设计理论及制造技术,更直接体现了国家高端制造的能力和水平。核心制造竞争力的提升离不开基础研究领域的重大突破,由西安交通大学领衔的973计划项目,瞄准高速铁路、精密机床等重大装备基础关键零部件——高性能滚动轴承的设计、制造以及服役中共性关键技术与瓶颈问题,针对接触界面、润滑介质、轴承材料、热处理、滚道加工到轴承服役所涉及的关键科学问题开展了深入系统的研究工作,取得了若干重要进展。本文从项目研究概况、标志性研究进展以及工业应用效果等方面进行全面论述,并对后续的研究提出展望。Rolling bearings are the key parts for major equip- ments. The independent design theory and manufactur- ing technology of high performance rolling bearings on precise machine tool and high speed locomotive are cru- cial, which reflect the high-end manufacture ability and level. The improve of the core manufacturing competi- tiveness depends on the break of basic research field. Hence the 973 research project on rolling bearing was approval, which is leading by Xi'an Jiaotong University. The project focus on high performance rolling bearings, using on precise machine tool and high speed locomo- tive. The main research contents include the generic and key technology during bearing design, manufactur- ing and service processes. Three scientific problems during six processes such as bearing inside contact fea- ture, lubrication, material, heat treatment, bearing raceway manufacture and bearing service were all inves- tigated, and a number of important progress was ob- tained. In this paper, the project profile, the iconic re- search progress and engineering appliacations were all introduced and the research prospect was proposed af- terward.
