摘　　要：根据我国建筑质量的表象,从技术和管理两个层次入手,通过分析我国建筑项目招投标、行政管理、参建单位、从业人员素质技能等方面存在的弊端,全面阐述了影响我国建筑寿命的因素,并结合国内外建筑寿命的实际情况,提出解决上述问题的意见和建议,供决策者参考,为提高我国建筑寿命提供有力支撑。Author according to the appearance of construction quality in China, starting from the two levels of technology and management, through the analysis of the construction project of our country recruit bidding, administrative management, participation units, the jobholders quality skills etc. There are drawbacks, a comprehensive exposition of the factors of influence our country building life, combined with the actual situation of the domestic and foreign building life, put forward opinions and suggestions to solve the above problems, reference for decision makers, hope resonate and provide strong support to improve the life of our building.
