摘  要:目的观察SD大鼠火器伤合并海水浸泡后不同时间点神经损伤处及其邻近神经的病理学变化。方法SPF级健康SD大鼠108只,随机分为爆炸海水浸泡组、爆炸无海水浸泡组和锐性切断处理组,HE染色观察损伤神经在6小时内的变化情况。结果与单纯爆炸无海水浸泡组相比,海水浸泡后神经纤维损伤情况相似,炎性细胞浸润较严重,但神经外膜及束膜水肿较未浸泡组稍轻;所有组别都表现出随着时间的延长神经束膜及外膜水肿逐渐加重,出现炎性细胞聚集,受损的神经纤维未有明显的变性坏死。结论火器伤合并海水浸泡后所出现的病理学变化可能与在渗透压较高的海水内浸泡延缓了组织水肿的进展,而海水中病原微生物则致使创口污染程度进一步加重有关。Objective To observed the pathological changes of sciatic nerves injury by gunpowder combined with seawater immersion within 6hours.Methods 108 SD rats were chosen as object in this study,we observed the pathological changes of sciatic nerves injury by gunpowder combined with seawater immersion within 6hours.Results The results showed the damage of nerve fiber in different group was similar,but the inflammatory response in immersion groups was serious than those without immersion group;all groups have demonstrated that the edema of membrane and the outer membrane of nerve bundles was gradually increased with the time increasing,no significant necrosis of the nerve fiber had been found.Conclusion The reason of this pathological changes may be related to the higher osmotic pressure soaked in water slowed the progress of tissue edema,and the pathogenic organisms in seawater can aggravate the wound contamination.
