三棱针刺络放血疗法对腰椎间盘突出症治疗作用及机理的研究进展

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)高发,是康复科和针灸推拿科的常见病症,影响患者生活质量。三棱针刺络放血疗法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。本文通过查阅相关文献,概述我国三棱针刺络放血疗法的历史记载、临床应用、常规手法、选穴部位、放血量,以及中医学机理和现代医学作用机制,并简要介绍了三棱针刺络放血疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的作用。并提示需要从多学科视角为中医诊治病症提供研究证据,实现中医现代化,提高传统医学国际影响力。Lunar intervertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）affecting the quality of patients＇ life is the common symptom of rehabilitation,acupuncture and massage.The Blood-letting with three-edged needle therapy is the effective method to cure LIDP.Based on extensive literature review,the record of the history,clinical appliance of the Bloodletting with three-edged needle therapy with its routine manipulations,acupoint selection and the flow of the bloodletting has been outlined.Also the mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）and the impact of the modern medicine have been analyzed,the function of blood-letting Therapy on LIDP has been included.In addition,the paper indicated that the multi-disciplinary research evidence should be provided to support the diagnosis of TCM so as to achieve modernization and improve the international force of TCM.
