摘　　要：在中国医学史上,《北行日记》、《纪恩录》是两部非常独特的著作。文中归纳《北行日记》、《纪恩录》二书的特色,介绍二书作者的生平事迹、版本的流传情况,揭示二书的精湛内容与医学价值,并记述二书的校注价值与体会。Bei Xing Diary andJi En Records are two extremely unique works in the history of Chinese medicine and Chinese medical literature. This paper is to conclude characteristics of these two books, to introduce life stories on the writers and circulation of editions, to unveil fabulous contents and medical values in these two books, to review importance on collation, annotation and personal experience by the author of this paper.
