摘　　要：方恩泽中医师是岭南伤寒派名家黎庇留的再传弟子,临证强调辨证运用经方的重要性,擅长对疾病的准确辨证和对经方的灵巧运用,是对岭南伤寒派的继承与发展。文中将方恩泽医案进行整理分析,并将《伤寒杂病论》中对经方适应证的论述与方恩泽医师的辨证治疗进行比对,总结方恩泽医师在辨证使用经方上的宝贵经验。Dr FANG En-ze was an apprentice for the second generation by famous Dr LI Pi-liu of Lingnan febrile diseases school. He emphasized the importance on classic prescriptions application in syndrome differentiation with his excellence at precise diagnosis and flexible utilization on classic prescriptions. This paper is to give reorganization and analysis on medical cases by Dr FANG En-ze, to offer comparison between discussions on classic prescriptions in Shang Hart Za Bing Lun and differential treatments by Dr FANG En-ze, to provide his valuable experience on syndrome differentiation on classic prescription.
